REFUND ELIGIBILITY.
At Luxarto Company, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under consumer protection law or other relevant consumer protection legislation. If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests: Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 24hrs of your original purchase and must include the date of purchase, and the email address used to make the purchase.
Non-returnable Items: Please note that due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of digital products once they are downloaded.
Exceptions: We will consider a refund or credit if the product is not as described, is faulty, or if there are other extenuating circumstances. In such cases, please contact us with detailed information about your issue, and we will work with you to determine the best solution.
